Main Responsibilities

Provide employers a comprehensive talent consulting and recruitment services.

1) Understand recruiting requirements of the client and make a searching strategy.

2) Search for suitable target candidates through difference channels.

3) Contact and select possible candidates.

4) Arrange appointments and confirm time with both consultant and candidates.

5) Provide candidates reports for our clients.

5) Keep records and update information to our information system.

6) Accomplish other necessary tasks as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

1) With customer service or sales-related working experience is preferred.

2) Quick learner and team player.

3) Smart, energetic and ready to take challenges.

4) Good communication and interpersonal skills.

5) Previous executive search experience is preferred.

Others

1) Bachelor’s degree

2) Workable in English

3) Good computer skill
