Title: Admin Intern (Assistant to China General Manager)
Location: Caohejing Hi-Tech Park (shuttle bus provided)
Overview:
Provide administrative support to China General Manager
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to regular meeting activities
• Coordinate and arrange meetings and schedules
• Schedule conference calls and on-site/off-site meetings
• Provide secretarial and logistics support to internal guests visit, customers and suppliers’ visit
• Arrange and coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including expense submission
• Generate stationery purchase requisition upon team requests
• Organize office and files
• Admin project support and coordination
• Other tasks assigned if needed
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Good written & spoken English
3. Willing to learn, proactive and good communication skill
4. Can work for at least 3 days/week and last for 3+ months preferred
5. Computer skill: skilled in MS office/outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
