We are looking for a young, dynamic and enterprising individual that is willing to work in a challenging and competitive environment. The chosen candidate will have an opportunity to learn about operation management in a US listed real estate development firm.

 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for administration of all operation contracts including equipment maintenance agreement, property service contract, insurance policy.
  • Assist to do operation analysis for our China portfolio
  • Coordinate with internal departments like finance, legal and site team on all operation matters.
  • Secretarial support to manager including calendar management, travel logistic arrangement, claims management, meeting minutes.
  • Office administration for the asset management department
  • Any other administrative work assigned by the manager

 

Requirements:

 

  • University degree in accounting or relevant disciplines.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Good attitude to learn on the job
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer software skills in MS Office suite
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Dedicated team player that is flexible and adaptable to change.
