Human Resources Internship
Duration: 6 Months or above, could work at least 3 full working days per week Location: Beijing
Responsibility: · Manage personal files, and assist in check-in&check-out formalities.
· Handle employees monthly social insurance.
· Keep contact with vendors for HR professional service(e.g. headhunt companies, background check and etc.)
Assist recruitment activities,including resumes screening and telephone interviews. · Fulfill other HR assistance job as per business needs
Skills and Knowledge Required: · Undergraduate or postgraduate students graduating in 2013 or 2014, preferably with a major related to Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
· Possess knowledge of Human Resources policies and regulations.
· Good interpersonal skills, be mature and can work independently.
Strong self-motivated and team emotion. · Good command of English and computer, familiar with MS office software application.
