Position: Alstom M&A Department Intern
Education:
Master/Bachelor required from top schools
Preferred major: Accounting for Bachelor; Accounting/Finance for Master
Previous working/intern experience is highly preferred
Solid understanding of accounting.
Job Description:
1. Support M&A execution process, such as financial analysis, Due Diligence,
data collection, translation and industry peer analysis;
2. Administrative Support: mainly for meeting and travel arrangements
Technical skills:
Business and financial analysis skill
Good writing in English and Chinese
Good excel and PowerPoint skill
Behavior skills：
Good interpersonal skill; Diligent; Quick learner
Required Days: 4-5 days per week, 3-6 months
Pay：100 RMB per day

PS：公司在使馆区，环境非常好，老板人也很Nice。工作较轻松，但也比较专业，所以要求必须有会计背景。涉及投资分析，最好是大四保研，研二保博时间比较充分的同学申请。
