Summary:

? Maintain relationship with existing customer in core markets
? Grow the business by developing new customer and penetrate into new markets
? Create & focus deployment plans on existing customer/or markets to increase revenue
? Conduct presentation to promote Building products with end users, design institute and customer
? Reporting all critical and necessary information in specified territory or market
? Maintain existing and develop new customer, make sure we are in the vendor list.
? Deep understand Xylem and competitor's products
? Finish the negotiation of technical and commercial, meet company and individual target
? Understand how to trace a project from information to an order
? Assistant AE or field service for payment collection and solve the problem of job site
? Cooperate with colleague and submit professional report on time

3.Good relationship with the pump dealers,developers,contractors,relative designers,consultants,and etc.
4.Have good technical background in pump
