Position: Alstom M&A Department Intern
Education:
[b]Master required from top schools[/b]
[b]Major required: Accounting for Bachelor; Accounting/Finance for Master[/b]
Previous working/intern experience is highly preferred
Solid understanding of accounting.
Job Description:
1. Support M&A execution process, such as financial analysis, Due Diligence,
data collection, translation and industry peer analysis;
2. Administrative Support: mainly for meeting and travel arrangements
Technical skills:
Business and financial analysis skill
Good writing in English and Chinese
Good excel and PowerPoint skill
Behavior skills：
Good interpersonal skill; Diligent; Quick learner
[b]Required Days: 5 days per week, 4-6 months[/b]
Pay：100 RMB per day
