Reporting directly to the Asia Training and Internal Recruitment Lead, this highly visible role will see you cover an extensive range of HR responsibilities. As a business that invests heavily on internal talent attraction and learning and development, you will be part of a team of HR professionals who have strong strategic influence to the wider business. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of the China business by sourcing talent in the market, coordinating assessment centres, assist in delivering tailored and skill-based training, as well as having exposure to a full range of learning and development initiatives. The future of your role will be solely dependent on your aspirations and abilities.
In order to be considered for this highly sought-after opportunity, the most important criteria is your can-do attitude and your ambition in developing a long-term career in HR. You will need to have relevant experience working in multinational organisations, preferably in a HR-related role. You will have strong command of English and Mandarin, in both verbal and written forms. It is critical that you can demonstrate a passion for people development and a strategic mindset for improving operational excellence. Furthermore, you will be a team-player who enjoys working independently and are not shy about voicing your opinions or taking initiatives to uphold the integrity and high standard of the HR team.
