HR Intern
Key Accountabilities
Recruiting
1.
Support to implement recruiting activities, e.g. publish job advertisement through suitable and variety channels both internal & external.
2.
Conduct recruiting activities from CV screening, cold call screening, recruiting logistics arrangement etc.
3.
Assist regularly report on recruiting status, candidate database, candidates’ profile filling
4.
Supports on other HR project (campus promotion, job fair, HRIS, etc)
HR Operations
1.
Support the process of boarding/exit, personnel profile management, attendance administration
2.
Support work permits and residence permit s for foreigners working in Shanghai
3.
Conduct daily HR administration works such as Allianz Group Insurance claim & reimbursement process, vender payment process
4.
Support to organize company activities, i.e. monthly birthday celebration
5.
Ad-hoc projects assigned by manager
Requirements:
Graduate student in Grade 2 or 3 and can work at least 3 days per week;
Major in HR or Psychology is preferred;
Well organized, structured and analytical skills.
Initiative and willing to take responsibilities, good time & process management, ability to work with efficiency.
Good interpersonal skills – able to collaborate with people and work effectively in a team
Good communication skills (oral & written) –able to communicate with internal & external customers
Good English both in written and oral;
Proficient in MSOffice applications (word, excel, power point)
