1.      Primary Function Summary
Developing, maintaining and enhancing all accounting processes and procedures for the business to ensure the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements, and is responsible for the supervision of the accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and other general accounting functions.
 
2.      Position Requirement
1)   Relevant Experience
At least 5 years’ working experience in the field of accounting or auditing and taxation fields with multi-national manufacturing company
 
2)   Educational Qualifications:
ü College degree or above in accounting or finance;
ü Accountant certificate
 
3)   Scope of Communication:
ü Internally communicate with local staff and foreigners as well, in form of e-mail, phone call and memo
ü Externally communicate with the tax bureau of Kunshan and Consultant companies in form of e-mail, fax, letter and meeting

ü Set up the Finance policy according to Chinese Finance Policy, Set up the Finance Accounting combines the company reality
ü Check AR&AP accounting: Ensure that accounting mach reality,if find the overdue,send the reminder to customers.
ü Check cash &bank statement: Monitor all the cash payment in daily cash-book, check all the cash balance at the end of every day .check the bank balance at the end of month, Make the bank reconciliation report .
ü Tax declaration, Declare VAT TAX, City building duty, Local education surcharge, Stamp tax, Individual Income Tax According to Export tax policy, declare the export tax.
ü The accounting file management: Make accounting files clear and easy to check.
ü Accept the supervision and inspection, provide accounting information to auditing company, tax Bureau.
