The Amazon Appstore is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and technically-savvy Mobile Content Evaluation Specialist to review the digital content submitted by developers around the world. You will manage the flow and processing of new submissions and resubmissions through the content evaluation review process against our published content guidelines, legal and intellectual property guidelines and direct communication with internal and external stakeholders to resolve flagged concerns with their content. Above all, you will play a vital role in helping us meet our selection expansion goals while protecting our high-quality customer experience. |
Basic Qualifications
·Fluent in English or Japanese or Korean or Russian, and Mandarin.
·Strong passion on internet technologies, ecommerce, or mobile industry
·Ability to drive process creation, change management and continuous improvement

Who We Are Looking For
The Amazon Appstore is looking for high-energy, detail-oriented, and technically-savvy Mobile Content Test Specialists to perform quality assurance testing on the digital content consumed by Amazon’s mobile customers. You will manage the flow and processing of new submissions and resubmissions to include record creation, record management, download, install, test and validation of the digital content to ensure it meets Amazon’s high quality bar. Above all, you will play a vital role in helping us meet our selection expansion goals while protecting our high-quality customer experience.
Role Responsibilities:
As a Mobile Content Test Specialist you will:
· Set up and maintain digital content records using internal Amazon systems
· Download, install, and test Amazon’s digital content to ensure it meets Amazon’s high quality bar and adheres to Amazon’s merchandising policies
· Identify and champion process improvement ideas and systems enhancements that could increase the productivity or quality of our content operations
· Above all, play a vital role in helping us meet our selection expansion goals while protecting our high-quality customer experience
Basic Qualifications
· Fluent English or Japanese or Korean or Russian, and Chinese.
· Bachelor’s degree required
· A passion for computers, eCommerce, the Internet, digital content, and the mobile market segment
· Meticulous attention to detail; the ability to juggle many tasks in parallel without lowering your quality bar
· Self-motivation and a strong bias for action; the ability to hit aggressive productivity goals without micromanagement
