HR Intern, Training
Location: Caohejing Hi-Tech Park (shuttle bus provided)
Overview:
This role sits in ODL Learning Team and will support logistics of training management, program management, training calendar execution and LMS.
Responsibilities:
- Training Data Management (nomination, enrollment, attendance record, evaluation, reporting)
- Logistic support on training execution (room setup, facilities preparation, on-site support)
- Support on finance management (charge-in / out after each class)
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, prefer 研一
2. Good communication skills;
3. Quick and proactive learner;
4. High sense of accountability;
5. Good written & spoken English;
6. Familiar with MS office applications eg. word, excel and powerpoint;
7. Can work for 4 days/week and last for 6 months preferred.
