Duties and Responsibilities:

1. CATS Management

§  Ensure compliance in documentation and process and general adherence to CATS quality request

§  Ensure candidate and client information updated and correct on CATS

§  Contribute to the Continuous Improvement and Corrective Action processes.

§  Supervise researcher team to properly use CATS

§  Be an expert of CATS and train new employee CATS

§  Recommend system improvements.

2. General Administrative Support to Project and Team

§  Manage Researchers and Consultants to ensure them to work with correct process and quality.

§  Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Researchers, Consultants and Project Managers' activities and all current business.

§  Prompt researchers to update database with candidate activities.

§  Be responsible for business report generation on time

§  Create and edit documents or report formats requested by clients

§  Assist with the co-ordination of marketing activities eg, job fairs, marketing events, business conferences

§  Provide team assistance when needed eg, document translation, typing, invoicing

3. Candidate Liaison

§  Warm call to potential candidates for information update

§  Screen CVs from website for Consultants and Sourcing & Selection Manager

§  Do candidate reference check 

4. Team Work

§  Proactively disseminate information to team members.

§  Support and assist in implementation of team decisions.

§  Look for opportunities to help others.

§  Be proactive in achieving team goals.

§  Build effective relationships with all team members.

 

Specific Equipment Used

  • CATS - an internal database system used to manage client, candidate and assignment

 

Performance reviews and appraisals

  • Specific period appraisal
  • Attitude, attendance and relationships developed with team members
