人力资源培训实习生 (上海)
要求:
· Graduate student in Grade 2 or 3 and can work at least 3 days per week; 40 hours per week is preferred
· Major in biz administration, HR management or Psychology is preferred;
· Related internship experiences is a plus
· 研究生二年级, 心理学专业优先, 有转正机会;
工作内容:
1. Assists in performing training and development services according to the training plan
2. Coordinate with managers to review the training forecast
3. Monitor daily training application and approval process to ensure compliance to the Company Training Policy
4. Support and organize Company Group Training
5. Maintains training records both for E-version and documents profile
6. Generate the training report and integrate training KPI tracking in China
7. Support the training program effectiveness follow up actions under coaching
8. Support vendor selection and performance evaluation under coaching
9. Conduct PED effective evaluation under coaching
10. Coordinate and follow management trainee program execution actions
11. Other Ad-hoc projects assigned by manager
