Consumer Insights: First Impression Ambassador Intern（市场调研分析员助理）
Albatross Global Solutions is a marketing services provider dedicated to understanding affluent and wealthy customers and improving premium and luxury brands’ performance. Albatross Global Solutions has been working for the past seven years with the most prestigious premium and luxury brands developing a strong expertise across a wide variety of markets (industry, services, consumer goods) throughout the world.
Now our Shanghai Consumer Insights Department is looking for a dedicated and street-smart summer intern to assist in the daily work, covering a range of different projects and responsibilities.
Job Description(职位介绍):
You will be working closely with the team assisting with work across both qualitative and quantitative projects. You role will be to make a positive and lasting first impression assisting all clients with courtesy, professionalism, and respect ensuring they have a remarkable experience whether in person, on the phone or email. We want our clients to crave our hospitality as much as they crave our analyses. The work will be very diverse and will include, but not be exclusive to:
- Assisting Project Managers and Research Analysts in their daily work and research on wide variety of subjects
- Drafting offers and proposals etc.
- Collecting and consolidating data and researched material
- Drafting questionnaires
- Drafting questionnaires
Skills Requirements:
- Great personality with a lot of drive and curiosity
- Creative person with a good sense of design
- A genuine interest in working with a small team with always changing assignments and work, we are looking for someone who truly is able to embrace quick pace and change
- Fantastic Microsoft Office skills – Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point is required
- Good organizational skills
- Fluency in oral and written English is a must
- Experience, or an interest in the luxury industry appreciated
Conditions:
- Position based in central Shanghai
- Full-time paid internship
- Internship starting in July, length 3-5 months depending on your availability
