LEAF, with a team of Foreign and Chinese Lawyers, is an independent foreign law firm mainly acting in Asia.
LEAF's bi-cultural team advises small and mid-cap European companies for their M&A operations in China, their joint ventures with both private and public Chinese partners, the establishment of their Asian distribution networks or the structuring of their investments in Asian based start-ups.
We exclusively operate our business in Asia and mostly in China through our network of partners.
We also assist foreign clients in their projects in China as well as Chinese entrepreneurs to successfully invest in Europe.

Due to our expanding, we are looking for those high potential candidates as follows.
Job title: interns
Job Description/ Requirements:
1. assist lawyers in legal research and case study
2. assist lawyers in translation and arrangement of legal documents
3. assist lawyers in transaction negotiation
4. daily office work
Qualifications:
1. enrolled undergraduate or postgraduate students of law schools at renowned colleges or universities domestic or overseas
2. candidates having internship experience at well-known law firms domestic or overseas are preferred
Requirement:
1. candidates with PRC Bar qualification is preferred
2. excellent written and spoken English skills are a must. French is a plus.
3. two months internship term at minimum. Overtime and travel may be required.
4. honesty, diligence, tolerance, good communication skill and team work spirit are highly appreciated.
Others:
1. an allowance is available for trainee
2. trainees with excellent performance will have chance to be recruited as formal employee
