About Next Generation （Management trainee）
National Oilwell Varco has developed the Next Generation Program, which will train and develop high potential college graduates for future leadership positions. The first year of employment for a Next Gen employee is rotational throughout the numerous divisions of National Oilwell Varco. The customized rotational schedule focuses on providing a well-rounded experience in such capacities as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical automation and marketing. The training period will last approximately one year and will be in potential domestic and international rotations.
