Description
*Daily Configuration management, Change management, and Build management for software production
*Support on utilization of tools like Hudson, Klocwork and compilers for SW development
*Support software development environment including Linux, Windows and Mac operation system management, NIS management and storage management
*Administration of source control tools like Subversion and ClearCase to support product development
*Implement configuration management process to manage all configuration items and activities
*Work closely with multiple functional areas including IT, Systems Engineering and Software Engineering
Qualifications
*B.S. or above degree in Computer Science, Communication Technology, related discipline.
*Experience in Linux, Mac and Windows administration is preferred
*Familiar with Subversion and other version control tools is preferred
*Good at shell and perl script language preferred
*Good interpersonal and communication skills. Be able to communicate both in written and oral English
*Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit

Responsibilities:
o Communicates and follows up to ensure department/participants are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures, customer needs and company related issues, changes or actions
o Support program manager to do some routine or administrative work
o Support program manager to do some program management work, such as schedule, budget planning, cost control, applicable program support, and cross-departmental collaboration
o Any other admit duties or projects as requested by program management
Requirements:
o Master Degree in related field preferred, preferably in computer science, software electronics or telecommunications
o Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills in English
o Demonstrate effective communication skills
o Read, analyze and interpret general information and data
o Effectively present information in a clear manner, demonstrates procedures, and responds to questions

Responsibility
o Work with other engineer to do testing on our video conference system.
o Build and improve your knowledge, related technical skills and working experience on video conference products during the daily work.
o Hunt defects, reproduce them and do initial analysis based on your learning and understanding to improve our products quality.
o Communicate with testers and development for daily tasks and progress.
Qualification
o Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science/Telecommunication/Art Engineer/Mathematic/Chinese Literature/English Language and Literature or equivalent.
o Good working attitude with responsibility, interest and passion, even under some stress.
o Fast learning and good communication quality.
o Familiar with Windows OS, Word, Excel, Outlook usage for work.
