Job Description:
1. Assist general office administration of Guangzhou ET Sales team.
(Including travelling arrangement, hotel booking, ticketing, meeting arrangement, group activities coordination).
2. Assist expense and travel claim. Include invoice filing, pasting, and documentation for sales team.
3. Purchase office facility.
4. Support other business activities.
Job Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills in both written and oral.
2. Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills.
3. Good computer skills (Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
4. Flexible working time, can work over 4 complete working days per week, Saturday & Sunday NOT included.
5. Internship of six months is a must.
6. Third year undergraduate students and first year postgraduates are preferable.

1. Female only.

4. Make sure you will stay in Guangzhou and can work during summer/winter vacation.
5. Working hours: 8:30am~17:30pm from Mon. to Fri.
