Job Responsibilities:
岗位职责:
1. Assist in the establishment of the Women in the Foodservice Industry Leadership Forum.
支持公司举办的餐饮行业"女性领导力论坛"项目
2. Work together with others to arrange the first meeting to be held in Guangzhou on December.
与其他同事一起合作完成今年12月份在广州召开的首次论坛会议
3. Assist with all documentary matters in regard to the Forum and other aspects of the event itself.
协助完成本次论坛的各类文书工作及其它相关日常事务
4. To invite more than 100 women working within this industry to attend the inaugural forum.
邀请行业内100名以上的女士前来参加本次论坛活动
5. Other tasks assigned by the Project Leader.
完成项目主管布置的其它工作。
Qualifications:
任职资格:
1. Have a good communication and can work well under high pressure;
良好的沟通能力并能在压力下出色工作
2. Have good time management skills;
拥有较好的时间管理能力
3. Careful and patient, high sense of responsibility;
保持细心、耐心、责任心
4. Good computer skills in MS Windows and Office;
计算机能力好
5. At least one workday in each week.
每周需至少保证1天的实习工作。
