Orica Mining Services (China)

Orica Mining Services (China) is pursuing the vision “To be recognized as the supplier of choice for quality explosives and blasting solutions in the North Asian region”. Four entities have been established in mainland China and Hong Kong in the 12 years since Orica‘s entry into China, providing Commercial Explosives, Initiating Systems, Blast Based Services and Mobile Mixing and Charging Units to many markets including the open cut coal, open cut metal, underground mining, quarrying and construction markets.

Main Responsibilities

主要工作职责：

1.        Deliver technical service for parts of existing and prospect customers, coaching customers to use Orica products correctly, issue valuable proposal for prospect customers; investigate misfires of product with customer in a disciplined manner as per procedure.

为部分现有的及潜在的客户提供技术服务，指导客户正确使用澳瑞凯的产品，为潜在的客户提供有价值的建议；根据程序要求，使用专业的方法，与客户一同调查产品拒爆；

 

2.        Successful trial demonstration will help new customers understand and accept Orica product and solution benefit from Orica product & technology. Orica and customer’s Win-Win will be formed

成功地完成实验示范，从而帮助新客户了解，接受澳瑞凯的产品和技术，及其所带来的收益。这样则能行程公司于客户间的双赢关系

 

3.        Sort out root cause of misfire with a reasonable evidence and conclusion, we are able to improve customer site safety, convince customer that Orica product is the best option

准确分析出拒爆的原因，并出具合理的证据及结论，我们应该有能力改进客户现场的安全情况，并使客户确信澳瑞凯的产品始终是最佳选择。

 

4.        Proposal will help customer understand Orica product’s performance and value and how to meet their special needs.

提出合理化建议，从而帮助客户了解澳瑞凯产品的价值和使用效果，满足客户的专业需要。

 

5.        Via visit and investigation, target and engage prospect customer which are liable to Orica products and solution

通过拜访和调研，定位那些承认澳瑞凯的潜在客户，并参与合作。

 

Candidate Requirement

l         Majored in Mining Engineering or related;

l         Adapted to travel and mining or quarry working environment
