Job Description 职务要求

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role will include but not be limited to

职责岗位：

Accounts Payable 应付账款

·Compliance with the company policy and procedure for all employee expense reports processed including local tax receipt verification

根据公司政策及当地法规要求负责员工报销的单据及发票审核

·Accurate processing vendor/supplier payments functions to ensure it’s in compliance with both company’s policy and procedure as well as meeting local statutory requirement

根据公司政策，流程及当地法规要求负责往来款项的审核

·Preparing the payment log in an Excel format and send it to manager for approval

准确的录入各种票据支付

·Submitting payment details on Citi-direct Online banking system

花旗银行网上支付付款系统的操作

·Assisting on journal filing

协助处理账务，制作记账凭证，银行对账

 

Fixed Asset 固定资产

·Maintenance of the fixed asset register and fix asset tag tracking

维护固定资产台账及固定资产标签号码记录表

 

The Successful Applicant 候选人条件

To be considered for this position you must possess,

任职要求：

·Undergraduate/post-graduate student major in Accounting/Finance preferred

本科研究生在读生（财会或金融专业）

·Good communication by English in both written and speaking

流利的英文，读写水平相当

·Demonstrated Excel skills will be highly regarded

能够熟练应用Excel

·Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy

能够保持工作准确性
