Report to                Professor Xu Dingbo

·         Assist faculty in his research/teaching work on managerial accounting

·         Assist faculty in his research projects about state-owned enterprise governance, pay and incentives, etc.

·         Assist faculty in other work required

·         PhD in accounting

·         Preferable with 1 year of research experience

·         Excellent Chinese and English reading (& writing) ability

·         Familiar with qualitative research methodology or at least one quantitative analysis

·         Familiar with office software and other software like Stata, SAS, C , SPSS

·         Familiar with empirical research on accounting and finance field

·         Capacity to be flexible, adaptable, and to multi-task, focus, and write quickly and effectively

·         Ability and desire to work collaboratively and independently
