招聘职位：配班老师

 

岗位职责：

1、 协调本班成员的关系，团结一致做好班级常规工作；

2、 具备科学儿童观和教育观，能正确理解和认同幼儿园的教育理念和服务理念，并贯彻于幼儿的一日生活中；

3、 组织学习、讨论贯彻幼儿园工作计划，带领本班幼儿做好本班幼儿教育、卫生保健、生活管理、美化环境、布置活动室等工作；

4、 商讨制订班务工作计划并负责组织实施；

5、 定期组织召开一对一的本班家长会，汇报和沟通孩子的情况；

6、 定时召开班务会，教学研讨会，研究本班工作，总结班级工作，班级会议有记录；

7、 向直接上级反映本班工作人员的工作、学习、考勤情况，并反映本班工作的建议和意见；

8、 组织本班教职工参加幼儿园组织的会议、学习、培训，并做好记录和传达；

9、 做好本班的家长工作（包括家访、召开家长会、病儿询问、探视、家长联系本等)；

10、  负责组织、策划、执行班级及园所幼儿活动；

11、  完成园领导临时交给的工作任务。

 

任职要求：

1、 热爱幼儿教育事业，身心健康，有责任心，有创新意识和团队意识；

2、 深入了解不同年龄阶段孩子身心成长的需要；

3、 学前教育及相关专业，本科以上学历；

4、 良好的书写和口头交流能力；

5、 具有教师资格证；英语6级以上；

 

 

晋升空间：配班老师——主班老师——教学主任

幼儿园从配班老师做起，早教中心从亲子教师做起，通过转正考核可转为主班教师；表现优秀者，1-2年后可晋升为教学主任、课程研发及教学督导等教学管理岗位。
