Title: Sales Intern

Location: Shanghai, Caohejing Hi-Tech Park (shuttle bus provided)

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in Appliances user management. Create, update and inactive user when changes happen. Maintain user access when user get login issue.
2. Identify the marketing leads & Web leads which we received in , Filter the leads before assign to Appliances direct leads admin. Transfer leads to other business unit when the customer out of Appliances territory. Monitor leads followup action to make sure our direct sales have contacted with the customer. Provide Lead status tracking report.
3. Support to prepare the reports based on different functions requirements. This includes billing/booking report per sales territory, opportunity pipeline report, conversion report, approval request report, PM pipeline report and etc.,
4. Support to provide new user training within Appliances. Also may need to provide scheduled refresh training for Sales/PM/ENG team. Support to prepare and update training documents.
5. Assist in CRM system BU setup. Review the current system setting, process, access, security... make adjustment if necessary.
6. Help to clean up account manager and field engineer assignment in SAP. In order to see the correct data in

 
Qualifications:

1. Bachelor or master Degree
2. Excellent English skill
3. Excellent Communication skills
4. Strong computer and analytical skills
5. At least 3 days/week and long t-term internship (6+ months) is preferred


Internship Stipend details as followed (Based on the attendance):

Stipend - RMB100/ RMB120 per working day for bachelor/master students
Meal Allowance - RMB 16 per working day
