ERP SYSTEMS ANALYST (for Fresh Graduate)

 

Work Location: Shanghai

 

Overview:

 

The Global ERP intern functions as a programmer/analyst and is provided with an on-boarding program of functional and technical training.  The Intern is assigned to a specific functional team (Finance, Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Procurement, etc.) within the Information Systems organization.  The Global ERP team is focused on developing and supporting the transactional IT applications that are used to run the business.  The primary application is SAP, but there are numerous “bolt-on” applications that make up the entire SAP eco-system.  The analyst works in a project based team environment and is assigned a mentor to facilitate the on-boarding process.  The intern is given various assignments based on matching their existing skillsets to the current workload faced by the Global ERP team.  The analyst works with the team to design, develop, test, deploy, and support IT solutions and processes in support of business imperatives.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Define business requirements for IT solutions and processes

Perform build versus buy analysis and vendor evaluations

-      
Design IT solutions to meet the business requirements, performance standards, and usability standards using the TEIS Project Methodology

-      
Ensure IT solutions are auditable, secure, and recoverable

-      
Ensure data quality and integrity of IT solutions

-      
Test IT solutions by creating test scenarios and performing systems and integration testing

-      
Develop and deliver training and documentation materials

-      
 IT solutions using sound change management practices

-      
Provide customer support and enhancements for IT solutions

-      
Other activities as assigned

 

Qualifications:

 

-      
Bachelor degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field

Person of high ethics and integrity

Action oriented, driven to achieve specific measurable goals

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Independent self-starter with a positive attitude
