Job Description
We are looking to bring an experienced and passionate publisher development manager to the Beijing team with a deep understanding of the app developer ecosystem in China. You will have excellent relationships with relevant people at the largest developers of mobile apps. You will be responsible for developing mutually successful business relationships with them, representing Aarki.
Responsibilities
? Identify and close new partnerships with mobile app developers
? Create persuasive presentations using case studies to close sales deals
? Deepen relationships with existing partners to bring more apps onto the Aarki's platform
? Provide advice to app developers on how to maximize revenue
? Recruit top talent to join your team
? Support the sales cycle by effectively communicating the value of Aarki's products
? Effectively report on territory account development and sales progress via CRM
? Manage app developer relationships to quarterly revenue and monetization targets
? Have informed opinions on our internal sales strategy and channel partner feedback, contributing to the development of our products and services
? Represent us at industry events and conferences
? Increase Aarki’s awareness within mobile app developer community
Desired Skills & Experience
? 1 years of successful online/mobile publisher development experience with consistent overachievement
? Experience defining core strategy and building a team
? Highly self motivated with go-getter and can-do attitude, friendly, roll-your-sleeves-up individual who thrives in a smaller team/startup/entrepreneurial environment, where priorities (and sometimes tasks and responsibilities) are continuously shifting
? Goal oriented personality, committed to success and a strong work ethic
? Enjoy engaging with app developers at various levels; strong interpersonal and communication skills a must
? Extremely detail oriented, comfortable working independently, extremely well organized, have the technical aptitude to learn new technologies
? Experience with CRM systems
? Strong account optimization skills (analytical) and attention to details
? Understanding of mobile ad serving technologies is a plus
? At least a Bachelors degree
? Excellent English skills

· Business development, product management, or relevant experience at a game studio - 2 years.
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· You are the type of business development professional who lives for big challenges – you will have all the support you ask for, but you need to be able to articulate what you need. You will be owning this project.
· You find satisfaction in working closely with partners and helping them achieve their objectives - you’re happy when your clients are happy. You don’t see it as selling; you’re helping customers solves their challenges.
· Superb organizational skills, a proactive nature – You are expected to help optimize the sales process and add value to the abstract sales intelligence of the team.
· Bonus: you have shipped a product before, or launched a new product.
