Business Management (Sales) Assistant, Retail Banking and Wealth Management Department, HSBC
Location: IFC HSBC Building, Shanghai

Job Duties:
- Set Up KPI for Retail Banking and Wealth Management sales and non-sales roles, and track KPI
- Monitor business performance based on KPI
- Take initiatives to drive performance
- Monitor the performance of different performers
- Set up guidelines to manage different performers, e.g. promotion guideline, exit guideline, etc
- Execute above guideline, e.g. Promotion review and recommendation
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor or above education background
2. 0 - 2 year working experience & above preferred.
3. Self motivated, independent and good team worker.
4. Solid Excel, Access, PPT and presentation skills required.
