辉门（大连）有限公司（以下简称辉门大连）成立于1996年3月，原名为大连瑞星船用产品有限公司，由瑞典Daros集团投资兴建。2010年6月辉门集团收购了Daros集团，该集团下属的大连瑞星船用产品有限公司自此隶属于辉门旗下。2012年5月，正式更名为辉门（大连）有限公司。公司注册资本1500万人民币，公司经营范围是生产船用发动机部件和工业用密封环。公司位于大连市金州区西门外164号。

二、招聘详情 

JOB TITLE:                            Production Engineer

OPENING:                           1

LOCATION NAME:  Dalian (and then Changsha in 1-2 years)

REPORTS TO:      Production Manager

DEPARTMENT:  Production

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

·          OEE measurements and follow up of productivity improvements

·          Responsible for yearly investment planning, implementation and follow up

·          Establish yearly maintenance plan together with maintenance manager

·          5S activities

·          Implementation of production management tools.

·          Coordinate implementation of future new products with Technology department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·          University degree in mechanical engineering/machining

·          Intern experience in manufacturing industry (machining) preferred. Experience from foreign investment company is a merit.

·          Good communication skills, high energy and the ability to interact and communicate at all levels of an organization.

·          Careful and transparent

·          Office software

·          CAD experience

·          Passionate, good teamwork spirit

·          Basic to good English preferred

·          Willing to relocate to other site in 1 to 2 years

JOB TITLE:                            Quality Engineer

LOCATION NAME:  Dalian (and then Changsha in 1-2 years)

REPORTS TO:      Quality/Technology Manager

DEPARTMENT:  Quality and Technology

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

·          Back up for laboratory functions

·          Improve and follow up visual shop floor management.

·          Maintain and improve quality system

·          Follow up scrap causes and manage weekly scrap meeting

·          Follow up quality capability per process.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·          University degree in relevant Technical area

·          Min. 2 years experience in Quality administration and/or Technology in manufacturing industry preferred. Experience from foreign investment company is a merit.

·          Good communication skills, high energy and the ability to interact and communicate at all levels of an organization.

·          Careful and transparent

·          Be familiar with operation of Office software

·          Experience of  ISO 9000

·          Passionate, good teamwork spirit

·          Basic to good English preferred

·          Prefered age below 30

·          Willing to relocate to other FM site in 1 to 2 years

JOB TITLE:                            Production Planning Engineer

REPORTS TO:      Supply Chain Manager

DEPARTMENT:  Supply Chain

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

·          Responsible for making planning for all processing such as raw material , foundry, maching, inspection and phosphating

·          Tracing production order status

·          Coordinate between customer service and operation in order to reach the target of delivery on time

·          Inventory level control including raw material ,finished goods and WIP

·          Prepare inventory analysis reports

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·          University degree in machinery is preferred.

·          Min. 2 years experience in production planning of manufacturing industry preferred. Experience from foreign investment company is a merit.

·          Good communication skills, high energy and the ability to interact and communicate at all levels of an organization.

·          Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability

·          Be familiar with operation of Office software

·          ERP experience is preferred

·          Passionate, good teamwork spirit

·          Basic to good English preferred

·          Prefered age below 30

·          Willing to relocate to other FM site in 1 to 2 years
