Process Intern 工艺实习（2名）实习期：一年

Objective:
Process Intern assist Operations Team to help Process Analysis and improvement

Responsibilities:
1) Monitor plant operations data analysis daily;
2) Monitor performance of and provide support to existing process and optimization operation to sustain efficiency improvements;
3) Monitor and Analyze KPI data monthly;
4) Monitor and trace the cost reduction and six-sigma project saving;
5) Work with the country Operations groups to drive the development and implementation of new cost reduction technology and project.

Requirement:
- Junior Students大学三年级学生及研究生一年级学生, Bachelor degree or above;
- Work 2~3 days per week guaranteed;
- Chemical  Engineering , Cryogenic, etc;
- Fluent English communication and written skills;
- Be good at MS Office software;
- Can build up relationship with all kinds of people;
- Enjoy working hard and full of energy for the challenging;
- Always Eager to learn and can quick used in practice.

Mechanical Intern 机械实习（2名）实习期：一年

Objective:
Mechanical Intern assist Operations Team to equipment maintenance and improvement

Responsibilities:
1) Monitor plant equipment operations data and  analysis weekly and / or monthly;
2) Work with site reliability team to trouble shooting;
3) Work with region reliability team for region plant overhaul;
4) Work with the country Operations groups to drive the development and implementation of cost reduction technology and project;

5) Spare parts management.

Requirement:
- Junior Students大学三年级学生及研究生一年级学生, Bachelor degree or above;
- Work 2~3 days per week guaranteed; 
- Chemical  Engineering ,Mechanical Engineering, etc;
- Fluent English communication and written skills;
- Be good at MS Office software;
- Can build up relationship with all kinds of people;
- Enjoy working hard and full of energy for the challenging;
- Always Eager to learn and can quick used in practice.
