Responsibilities:

Business Development and Client Relationship Management
- Follow latest hiring market trends about finance and accounting area in China;
- Find recruitment needs from existing and potential clients;
- Independently client visit to introduce service, discuss candidates profiles, and negotiate contracts, etc;
- Regularly interact and build up good rapport with clients;
Executive Search Project Management
- Discuss clients’ recruitment needs and assist in drafting Job Descriptions;
- Headhunt qualified candidates by mapping market, cold-calling, using personal networks and database
- Screen CVs and conduct face-to-face, telephone or video interviews with potential candidates; 
- Write candidates recommendation reports and discuss profiles with clients;
- Arrange interview process for candidates with clients and handle issues and problems from both sides in the whole process;
- Offer negotiation, reference check and on board assistance;
- Follow up status and feedbacks about both clients and candidates after on boarding.
Professional Advisory 
- Provide advisory to clients regarding the market trends, salary guide and recruiting skills, including deliver reports regarding professional suggestions on tough recruitment cases; analysis report about candidates’ attitude, etc;
- Provide career development advisory to candidates;

Requirements:

Prior headhunting experience is not a must 
Demonstrated experience in professional services or sales is a definite plus
Major in Finance, Accounting or Economics is preferred.
