Responsibilities工作职责：

- Assist manager to service center daily management, including service quality and technical management;

协助经理做好服务中心日常运营管理工作，包括服务质量管理及技术管理；

- To participate in service center service quality management and control, technical management and training;

参与服务中心服务质量管理与控制，以及技术管理和技术培训；

- Through the 1-2 years of training, facilitate the trainee to be a qualified service center supervisor.

通过1-2 年的培养，使其具备合格的服务中心主管的能力。

Requirements任职要求：

- Bachelor degree or above;

本科及以上学历；

- Major in management, marketing, machinery, automation and related area;

服务管理岗位，管理学、市场营销等专业优先；技术管理岗位，限机械、自动化、制冷工程等理工科专业；

- Good English skills and good ability of management potential;

良好的英语能力，并具备管理能力潜质；

- Independent but also a team builder;

能够独立完成工作，同时拥有很好的团队合作精神；

- Mobile and able to work in a different city.

在工作地点上具有灵活性，能够适应在不同城市工作。
