Our proposed Internship Project: Lamborghini Aftersales Program Management Dashboard

· Field activities monitoring (KPI, dealer activities, dealer aftersales marketing plan, programs, projects, dealer visits, recall campaigns, etc.)

· Internal activities monitoring (projects, tasks)

· Knowledge and task management : Archive / transfer of knowledge: tools & measures, process, procedure, guidelines

You will be doing and learning:

· Team Aftersales support all functions

· Communication with Lamborghini dealer network and follow up

· Translation of communication into Chinese

· Aftersales internal / external monthly reporting parts sales, AS P&L submission

· Maintain data archive, filing , monitoring

· Warranty invoicing

· Aftersales invoice check , monitoring, processing

· Aftersales event support (dealer conference, etc.)

· Support to arrange and carry out technical training session

This means for you:

· Have the opportunity to work in the first class automobile industry – Volkswagen group, and have a chance to communicate with colleagues of Volkswagen

· Train multi-tasking under pressure

· Work in international environment

· Form and keep a good and professional working habits

· Have a deep and 360 degree look into Aftersales management on Manufacturer, Importer and dealer level

We need a:

· Responsible person, target and quality oriented, analytic, technical knowledge is advantage

· Undergraduate or Master

· Inter-functional Involvement

· Excellent written and oral English skill

· Can work 5 days a week and can consecutive work 6 months

Salary:

2,000 RMB (Before Tax)
