Position：Assistant Test Engineer
Location：Shanghai JinQiao ChuangKeYuan

Job Description：
Define test strategy with R&D in terms of test coverage and Industrialization target
Co-develop manufacturing/testing spec
DFM/DFT analysis
Develop test platform(HW, SW, fixture, tool, etc.) and test process
Write test specification including Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Report
Execute test cases, analyze test result, report test result on schedule.
Ensure the performance and stability of test solution according to Industrialization target
Deliver test design report, operation/maintenance manual, material list, etc. to process team
HW/SW improvement & evolution
Support on critical issues occurred during volume production
Requirements:
Major in Telecom Communication, Computer science, Industry engineering, E.E. and Software Engineering, or related.
Experienced in school projects or industry intern: wireless related SW/system or subsystem testing or development is a plus.
Familiar with C/C++, or database development.
Understanding and practice of test methodology and quality processes.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proven system debugging skills
