Job Title: Credit Intern

Job Location: Shanghai

 

Job Description

 

·         Provide invoice mailing related support in daily basis to both internal and external customers

·         Provide process efficiency analysis by customer/site level and work with site finance team to drive for efficiency improvement

·         Support process excellence (e-billing, RAEP) through proactive needs identifying and well communication with credit analysts to understand financial impact

·         Support credit monitoring by assisting risk lead on assignments like 91 list tracking, credit limit review etc.

·         Participate in ACC/Cross-functional projects as necessary

·         Maintain up-to-date Job manual & SOP for team

  

Qualifications/Education

-       Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

-       Knowledge of accounting principles, better with risk and credit mindset, Goal oriented, motivated self-starter, with good coordination skills

-       Good oral and written English skills with the ability to communicate clearly with internal customers.

-       Strong PC skills including Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

-       Good interpersonal and communication skills

Finance Intern

Responsibilities include:

-Invoice management and reconciliation with GL
-Local tax compliance filing and reporting
-Support China controller to consolidate different sites' financial data and do analysis
-Project based assignment, eg, process standardization, reporting automatio, etc
-other tasks assigned by finance leader

Key Success Factors:

？   Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously

？   Has the patience to handle routine tasks and able to solve problems and make process improvement

？   Attention to details and accuracy of reported results within tight deadlines

？   Positive attitude, self directed, flexible, open minded, and eager to learn

Attributes/Skills Required/Sought:

？   Good interpersonal and communication skills

？   Accounting or finance background, the knowledge of tax is a plus

？   Experienced with Excel, PowerPoint is a plus

？   Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and across functional groups

？   Basic knowledge of U.S. GAAP beneficial

？   Good command in English

Experience/Education Required/Sought:

？   University Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or Auditing

？   Dedicated performer with at least 3 days per week

 

FP&A Intern

Responsibilities include:

-          Provide sales and margin analysis by customer, market segment and product line for the regional airlines business, and communicate to leadership and cross functional teams

-          Provide weekly credit hold report and work with ACC team to understand credit hold impact and improve the process

-          Project based tasks, eg, develop new financial analysis tools to support business processes and improve efficiency; contract management tool development, etc
