1. JOB PURPOSE(工作目的)

Support in secondary research with focus on selective industries & segments which are in align with ITW business strategy in China.

2. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES(主要职责)

A. Secondary research and industry intelligence mainly on:

• Certain segments (to be assigned) in automotive industry;
• Machinery industries especially food equipment and welding machinery etc.

B. Work deliverables shall mainly include industry policies, development trends, market

growth & key success factors, competition landscape, and then generate strategically

attractive segments as well as potential cooperation partners etc

3. KEY REQUIREMENTS(重点要求)

• College student who will graduated in 2016 or 2017. Master Degree is preferred.
• Majored in Finance (会计专业); Basic understanding about financial statements.
• 3 -4 days a week for the internship work
• Good command of English and Mandarin both in writing and in speaking;
• Proficiency in office software especially PowerPoint & excel skills;
• Strategic & logical thinking and business acumen.
