Now we are looking for
2 Internships (Research Analyst) according to the need of business growth. If
he/she has strong motivation and highly potential for the firm, we will
consider turning him/her to be a permanent staff after their graduation.
Key responsibilities of the role
l
Accurately make database entries and
information update.
l
Depending on experience and the level of the
search, make cold calls to find and identify potential candidates as well as
clarify candidate's basic information if
necessary
l
Support Associates and Partners on engagements
by generating names of potential candidates by way of telephone, print
materials and online information resources.
l
Participate in designing the search strategy
with Partners/Senior Associate/Associates.
l
Attend kick-off meetings, suggest possible
targets and attend client briefings/conference calls when necessary.
l
Assist Associates in accessing information
relevant for active search assignments
l
Identify and track leading professional
services organizations, and reports findings to appropriate Partners and
Associates.
Requirements
l
Excellent communication skills both in English
and Chinese with strong interpersonal, oral and business writing skills.Major
in English is preferred.
l
Strong telephone presence and confidence.
l
Must be computer literate and knowledgeable of
resources available on the internet and other channels.
l
Must be comfortable operating in a highly
professional environment.
l
Flexibility and show team oriented behavior.
l
Able to handle stress well.
