Poultry Nutritionist 禽营养师

-  To assist in implementing a plan for product innovation in relation to the defined ABNA marketing strategy for poultry business. 配合英联饲料的市场策略，协助完成猪料产品的研发计划
-  To assist in managing all aspects of poultry nutrition, formulation and technical services. 协助管理所有与禽营养、配方和技术服务相关的事务
-  To ensure product strength and animal performance; improve the gross margin of existing products. 保持产品优势和动物性能，提高现有产品的毛利率
-  To involve directly in conducting research & development through feeding trials in corporation with universities and theirs experts, and commercial trials. 通过饲料实验，与大学专家们一起共同参与研发
-  To strive on developing new products and new raw material. To manage and achieve cost-effective specifications. 致力于开发新产品和新原料，管理并实现具有最佳成本效益的技术参数。
-  To establish technical service system, provide technical service to customers. 建立技术服务体系，为客户提供技术服务和指导。
-  To deliver technical training to customers, sales personnel, technical and marketing staffs, and provide assistance regarding trial farms. 为客户、销售人员、技术及市场部员工提供技术培训，并为实验牧场提供支持
-  To assist in the production of literature for internal or external use.  协助编写产品说明，以供内部或外部使用
-  To keep effective communication with UK technical team. On the premise of guarantee the quality, continually reduce formula cost. 确保与英国技术团队的有效沟通。在保证产品质量的前提下，不断降低配方成本。职位要求： 
-  Master in one of the following: animal nutrition, animal husbandry, animal production, animal physiology, veterinarian related to poultry, feed and bio-tech, or related background is preferred. PhD preferred. 硕士学位，以下专业为佳：动物营养、畜牧学、畜牧生产、动物生理学、兽医学（禽）、饲料和生物技术或其他相关学科。博士学位优先
-  More than 3 years experience in nutrition, technical. 三年以上在营养、技术方面经验。
-  Excellent communication and cooperation skills, has the ability to lead and encourage team. 优秀的沟通和合作技巧，有能力领导并激励团队成员
