【工作职责】
1. 接听拨入电话，负责客户电话咨询，帮助客户了解课程；
2. 主动拨出电话邀约客户到学习中心进行参观，试听或进一步了解课程与教学活动；
3. 控制电话咨询质量，确保参会客户的学习意向与数量；
4. 实施客户邀约提醒和追踪跟进服务；
5. 协助咨询部主管完成月度个人与团队邀约到访指标。
【岗位要求】
1. 年满21周岁起
2. 性别：性别不限
3. 学历：大专及以上的学历
4. 综合素质要求：普通话表达流畅，具有良好的沟通能力，抗压力强，有意愿挑战高薪。
5. 有电话销售经验者优先。
