工作职责及要求：

Service Consultant is responsible for visitor reception and general student service in each center. The Service Consultant creates a welcoming atmosphere for all people in the center, including center image, and assess management, customer reception and handover to Course Consultant, booking and check-in services, communicating EF policy and other information.  The Service Consultant also needs to respond to student's requirements when s/he is seeking help or guidance.

 

Roles and responsibilities:
·         Create and maintain a happy and welcoming environment for student and prospects

为学员营造舒适和愉快的学习环境
·         Be responsible for class booking services

负责中心课程预定服务
·         Inform students on changes within the center

通知学员中心课程变动情况
·         Collect student feedback and cooperate with relevant colleagues to promptly solve issues

收集学员学习反馈情况，并配合同事解决问题
·         Maintain center cleanliness and discipline.

维持中心整洁和纪律
·         Support other center functional teams when needed

支持其他部门工作
·         Perform administrative duties as required 

完成要求的行政职责
·         Create pleasant physical environment and excellent English learning atmosphere.

营造舒适的中心学习环境和良好的英语学习氛围
 
Requirements:
·         Level of English required:  Basic to intermediate English skills

英语水平要求：基本的英语交流能力
·         Passionate in developing career in service industry, 1~2 years' experience in service or other hospitality industry is preferred

在服务业发展的热情，1-2年在服务业工作经历为佳
·         Customer-focused and detail-oriented

顾客至上和细节导向
·         Good team player in a multi-cultural environment

多元文化下良好的合作精神
·         Be flexible to working hours, able to work during weekends if required

弹性的工作时间，能接受应周末工作
