Associate Consultant 助理猎头顾问

Responsibilities:

- Understand the clients' job descriptions and job requirements accurately;

- 准确地理解客户的职位工作内容和岗位需求

- Use the different channel to approach the potential candidates promptly;

- 迅速利用各种渠道找到潜在的候选人;

- Interview and recommend the appropriate candidates efficiently;

- 有效地面试并推荐合适的候选人;

- Follow up the whole process and handle the emergencies flexibly;

- 跟进整个流程并灵活地处理各种突发事件;

- Give customers or candidate constructive suggestions or advice;

- 给予客户或候选人提供建设性的建议或意见;

- Continuously maintain client and candidates relationship;

- 持续地维护客户和候选人关系;

- Develop the new business opportunity.

- 拓展新的业务机会.

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above.

- Positive, initiative, responsible, independent thinking;

- Willing to work under great pressure;

- Good interpersonal and communication skills;

- Client service oriented and team player;
