Job Description
This is a Driver Engineer position in client device division. Responsibilities include but not limited to design and develop SW modules for the set top boxes, quickly learn new technology and create optimized implementations, create structure design and detail design documents, be involved in the system architecture and product evolutions, and actively involved in customer specific programs for world wide customers and make these a success story. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well on a team. Candidates are expected to have strong leadership and good communication skill as required to work within an engineering team and coordinate with foreign colleagues/customers.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related.
- Solid experience in driver development, experience with set top box (cable, satellite, ip, OTT) is a strong plus.
- Solid experience on Real Time Systems/embedded system, linux.
- Self-motivated, committed, open minded, and able to work independently for project deadlines
- Strong sense of responsibility, highly driven, detail-minded and result-oriented
- Good in communication, teamwork, with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
