| Principal Accountabilities | |
| Job Summary: Responsible for credit analysis of bond issuers, guarantors and major sectors research for a variety of fixed income investments. Main Responsibilities: 1) Providing quality service to internal customers through undertaking risk assessment analysis of various types of fixed income instruments and issuers. 2) Analysing financial information, such as statements, management accounts and cash flow statements 3) Performance of company due diligence as part of new financing transactions, and other situations. 4) Working closely with deal team members to ensure team's priorities are met on an on-going basis. 5) Developing and maintaining credit model. 5) Liaising with the third parties such as brokers, issuers and rating agency. | |
| Requirements | |
| Main Requirements: 1) University degree majored in Finance or Accounting, Master degree/ CFA, CPA holder preferred. 2) 2-3 years in credit analysis, experience in credit rating agency covering power, transportation, mining preferred. 3) Able to write research or credit memo on individual companies and industry sectors. 4) Good command of spoken and written English | |
