Responsibilities工作职责：

- Responsible for studying and developing customer / market requirements as design input of sensor module, electronic module and other components in transmission box. Analyze transmission system and improve product to be suitable to customer requirements;

负责预研及开发客户及市场的需求并以之作为电子模块、传感器模块或其他变速箱零部件产品的设计输入。分析和比对不同的变速箱系统，在满足客户需求的条件下，将其改进使本公司产品与之匹配；

- Responsible for customer communication and proposal convincing customer for engineering release and realizing customer requirement;

负责技术方案的客户沟通，获得客户对设计方案的确认，实现客户需求；

- Responsible for making detail design and applying quality tools;

负责产品的详细设计并在其中应用开发质量工具；

- Support design explication and realizing simultaneous engineering for design and production process development;

负责解释设计及与其他相关部门实现同步开发；

- Support internal or external design change, develop, production, supplier or customer related;

支持内外部设计变更，由开发、生产、供应商或客户方面引起的变更；

- Support 0km and field customer complain, analyze problems related to design issues;

支持0km和售后客户投诉，分析设计方面的问题；

- Responsible for risk assessment, concession of deviation, engineering release and technical support of localization parts.

负责评估产品技术风险，偏差放行，负责国产化零件工程认可和技术支持。

Requirements任职要求：

- Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Vehicle Engineering or related area;

机械、机械电子、车辆工程等专业硕士学历；

- Good knowledge in mechanical design, mechatronics, plastic injection, metal forming, good knowledge in electrical circuit, sensor principle, electronic module and transmission box is preferred.

具备良好的机械设计、机械电子、塑料及金属材料成型知识，具备电路原理、传感器模块、电子模块和变速箱相关知识者优先；

- Good learning capability and logical thinking capability, good innovative ability and team work spirit;

优秀的学习能力和逻辑思维能力；良好的创新能力和团队合作精神；

- Good reading and writing English, knowledge of German is preferred.

良好的英语说写能力，兼懂德语者优先。
