业务助理（3名）

（化工、生物、医药、机械、电子、机电一体化、通信、物流等各类理工科和英语等文科专业的实习生）

工作职责：

l  搜集相关行业目标公司及行业市场信息予以分析，并提供报告；

l  搜集相关行业人才信息并分析以提供资源；

l  分析人才寻访方向和渠道；根据客户指定的行业、职能访寻目标候选人；

l  与相关行业的目标人才联络与沟通，初步了解其经验背景并判断其合适度，为目标人才提供合适的职业发展；

l  更新人才数据库，并准备评估报告，推荐报告等相关文件。

职位要求：

l  大学本科及以上学历，英语四级以上；

l  出色的电话沟通能力，能运用英语简单交流；

l  善于通过各种渠道搜寻信息；

l  工作态度积极主动，良好的责任心和主动性；

l  良好的时间管理能力，能够承受较大的工作压力。
