Job Title: Graduate/Assistant Signal Designer

Location of Employment: Beijing

1.    Producing high-quality signaling designs, specifications, reports and working drawings within agreed timescales and performance parameters

2.    Supporting site surveys and technical investigations

3.    Assisting with the preparation of bids for winning new work

4.    Implement the requirements of Atkins Rail Business Management System, Core Assurance Case and Railway Safety Case

5.    Assist in determination of engineering policy and deal with engineering and contractual matters with professional integrity at all times.

 

1.     Degree or Diploma in Engineering in “Electrical & Electronics” or “Electronics & Communications”

2.     Signaling Design Engineer skills including knowledge of relevant standards, design processes and procedures.

3.     An understanding of Signaling control systems and  in experience of using CAD packages

4.     Able to use office software.

5.     Good knowledge in read and written English and communication sill

6.     Team worker and willing to work flexibly to support project delivery.

7.     Able to carry out Safety Critical Work
