We seeking an Intern to join us in Beijing, China. In this internship, you will work with us as a valued team member while gaining experience in all aspects of the recruitment cycle.
Primary job responsibilities
·Write and post positions to job boards, update applicant tracking, and maintain Recruitment systems
·Help maintain sourcing channels, especially on social media,
·Involve in Employee Referral Programme
·Prepare Recruitment reports , talent mapping etc.
Required skills
·Excellent communication skills
·Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
·Ability to work as an intern for 3-5 days per week over the course of 6 months
·Hard working and willing to learn new things, as well as interested and excited about working in the recruitment industry
