Internship - Executive Search

Shanton Way Executive Search is a boutique headhunting firm specialized
in providing recruitment services for senior level managerial positions. Being
a young yet fast growing organization, we hold the ambition of becoming China's best
headhunting firm in the eyes of our clients, candidates and employees.
We are currently looking for high caliber college
students to take an internship program with us in Shanghai, China.
Responsibilities:
+ Identify candidates according to Job
Description from clients
+ Introduce job opportunities to potential candidates
+ Understand background information of
potential candidates
+ Evaluate suitability between candidates
and job openings
+ Summarize candidates profile and present
to clients
Requirement:
+ College students (3-year or 4-year
program)
+ Can work at least 2 days a week
+ Good command of English writing skills
+ Strong team spirit
+ Willing to help
+ Able to work under pressure and within deadlines
+ Attention to details
+ Proficient user of Word and Excel
