Responsibilities
- Maintain the reception area in a professional appearance;
- Properly deal with company daily calls and visitors reception;
- Conference room booking for internal users;
- Book business travel flight ticket and hotel;
- Order water, arrange letters and parcels, contact the express company;
- Update admin related list and database;
- Provide other office management related support.
Requirements
- College graduate or above;
- At least 1 year working experience as receptionist or administrator;
- Good command of English and office equipment; Strong communication skill;
- Good working attitude and have team work spirit.
