Job Description:

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a cluster of functions, including material sourcing, material planning, order fulfillment, costing control, logistics, inventory and warehouse management, etc.

1.Coordinateanddriveinternalactivitiesbetweenplanning,productionandlogisticstoensureontimedeliveryandtomeetthebusinessgoals.
2.Provideup-to-datematerialshortagemessagetoIPLsbasedonthedemandplanchanges,soastodrivePurchasingOrderon-timedeliveryformaterialavailabilityforproduction.
3.Trackdataaccuracyandmaintainthedocumentation.
4.IssuePurchasingOrderonthebasisofPurchasingRequesttothevendors,andassurethevendorswillfulfilltheorderadheringtorequesteddatesasfaraspossible.
5.Updatedeliveryscheduleinsystemandshortagelistsaccordingtosuppliers'deliverycommitment;
6.Weeklyfollowupinventoryactionplan,coordinaterelevantteamstotakeactionsforinventoryimprovement.
7.Weeklyworkoutinventoryforecast,meanwhileenhanceforecastmodeltoimproveforecastaccuracy.
8.Trackorderexecutionatdailybasis(endtoendfromorderentrytoinvoicing)

Qualifications:

1.Educationbackground:Bachelororabove,majorinSupplierChainManagement,Logistics,Telecommunication,BusinessAdministration,andotherrelatedmajor.
2.SpecificSkills,knowledgeandcompetencies:

-Interested and basic knowledge of Supply Chain Management

-Sound knowledge of Word, Excel, PPT

-SAP is a plus

3.Generalcompetencies:

-Proactive &Initiative, focus on detail.

-Good communication skills and team work spirit.

-Good ability in data collection and analysis.

4.LanguageAbility:CET4orabove,fluentinbothoralandwrittenEnglish;
